M <br />MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Wetlands Committee <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development <br />DATE: December 2, 1982 <br />SUBJECT: SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE <br />Attached is a draft copy of the Surface Water Management Ordinance. <br />Please note that the ordinance has not been assigned a chapter <br />number at this time due to the fact that the numerical system for <br />property and land section of the Code Book has reached capacity and <br />a chapter number will have to be assigned: 1) either out of sequence, <br />or 2) require renumbering of all sections of the Code from Chapter 50 <br />on. <br />This ordinance is for review and comment, and it is recommended that <br />it be scheduled for first reading at the December 13, 1982 meeting, <br />with the second reading on December 27, 1982. <br />This section has been referred to the City Attorney for review and <br />comment and, hopefully, that information will be available at the <br />Council Meeting on Monday. <br />If you have any questions please contact me. <br />JCJ/pf <br />Attachment <br />
