* /6 <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 66-82 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE AMENDING <br />OF CHAPTER 39 ENTITLED, "SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS" <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Charter requires that <br />the City's ordinances be reviewed at least once every two (2) <br />years; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has met <br />and reviewed Chapter 39 entitled, "Signs and Billboards"; and <br />WHEREAS, a major modification being recommended is a <br />subdivision which outlines signs allowed in various zoning <br />districts; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the adoption <br />of Chapter 39 entitled, "Signs and Billboards", a draft of which <br />is being attached to this resolution. <br />Adopted this 3rd day of November, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Chairman <br />Public Works/Community Development <br />Director <br />
