Additional Conditions. <br />The following additions con itions shall e o serve <br />(1) No ground sign (except temporary ground signs), sign- <br />board or billboard shall approach at any point nearer than 3 <br />feet to any building unless such sign is placed parallel to the <br />side of the building; nor shall any such sign be placed within <br />6 feet of the side of any lot, nor nearer than 15 feet to any <br />street line where there is no established or customary building <br />line, nor within 25 feet of any street corner right of way. <br />Whenever the established or customary uniform building line <br />upon the street where such ground sign is to be erected is more <br />than 15 feet from the street or property line, then such sign <br />shall not approach nearer the street than the estahli.chod cr <br />customary uniform building line. <br />(2) The owner, lessee, or occupant of the land on which <br />the ground sign is located, and the owner of the sign, shall <br />keep the property on which the sign is located free of long <br />grass, weeds or other rank growth, rubbish or debris. <br />
