Future Permits. A per- <br />mit shall not be issued for any new bil oar or advertising <br />sign located of the premises where the advertised product is <br />sold, if such billboard or sign would be within 300 feet of any <br />other such billboard or sign already in existence. Any bill- <br />board destroyed by an act of God may be rebuilt within 30 days, <br />if the construction of same would comply with this subdivision. <br />Subdivision-22: Subdivision 14. Electioneering Signs. <br />The following regulations shall apply to all campaign signs for <br />political candidates or issues: <br />(1) No more than one electioneering sign shall be erected <br />per candidate of issue along each street frontage of any parcel <br />of land. <br />(2) Electioneering signs shall not exceed 12 square feet <br />and not exceed four feet in height above the ground except, <br />where such signs are located no closer than 150 feet to the <br />property line of a residential dwelling, the maximum size shall <br />be 32 square feet and the maximum height above the ground shall <br />be six feet. <br />(3) Electioneering signs may be displayed from the last <br />day of candidacy filing or 30 days before an election, whichever <br />is earlier. <br />(4) All electioneering signs must be removed no later than <br />five days after an election except that after a primary election <br />signs for the winning primary candidates need not be removed <br />until after the ensuing general election.
