P�m-a <br />MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />/ FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development` <br />DATE: December 16, 1982 (� <br />SUBJECT: EDGEWOOD SQUARE DEVELOPMENT/ROBERT EIGENHEER <br />Mr. Eigenheer has requested to appear before the City Council <br />and try to resolve approval of Final Plat. Attached is a copy <br />of the Development Agreement No. 82-54, Exhibit 2A. <br />The main problem area is resolving the drainage issue along County <br />Road I easterly of his project; which has been discussed with the <br />Council previously. Mr. Eigenheer wishes to present his case <br />personally. To date, the County and the City have delayed approval <br />due to the lack of culverts or storm sewer under St. Stephen and <br />St. Michael Streets. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />JCJ/bc <br />Attachment <br />
