kj&PC.7 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1539 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF <br />GARY KARDELL AS A FULL TIME PUBLIC WORKS FOREMAN <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Code, Chapter 6.04 <br />defines a full time employee who is one who has successfully <br />completed the required probationary period and who was <br />employed on a schedule of at least 40 hours per week; and <br />WHEREAS, Gary Kardell has successfully completed his <br />six month probation period; and <br />WHEREAS, it was agreed by the City Council to raise <br />the annual rate of Gary Kardell from $1,500 to $2,000 per year <br />over current union scale after a successful probationary period; <br />( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View does hereby appoint Gary Kardell as <br />a full time Public Works Foreman and directs the Finance <br />Director to increase the hourly rate of Mr. Kardell effective <br />December 20, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 27th day of December, 1982. <br />mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
