Call to Order <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:34 PM. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty, Hodges, Fors- 2. Roll Call <br />un , B anchar and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Fauley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Johnson. <br />Motion/Second: Hodges/Forslund to approve the 3. Approval of <br />Roy—ember198Z minutes as corrected. Minutes: <br />November 22, <br />4 ayes 0 nays 1 abstain 1982 <br />/�',Councilmember Doty abstained as he was absent. Motion Carried <br />Josey Warren, 8044 Greenwood read a prepared state- 4. Residents Be- <br />ment, regarding the Festival in the Park and the quests and <br />Council 's position that they will accept no more Comments from <br />losses on the Festival. She recommended that the the Floor <br />Council make an effort to fill the vacancies on <br />the Commission with businesspeople from the City, <br />who would have a better understanding of the <br />finances involved, and thus save the taxpayers <br />from having to subsidize the Festival. <br />Mayor McCarty replied that the Festival Commission <br />and it's chairman have worked very hard. He added <br />they will take Ms. Warren's recommendation under <br />advisement when filling the vacancies. <br />Mayor McCarty closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the public hearing at 7:40 PM. <br />Director Johnson advised he had sent a memo to the 5. Public Hearing <br />Council on December 8, answering the questions Knollwood Greei <br />they had raised earlier. Condominium <br />Proposal <br />'4r. Herr reviewed his proposed development, stating <br />wit would be 32 two and three bedroom condominium <br />units, which would be owner occupied and share <br />common space. He asked for Council consideration <br />
