LABOR RELATIONS SUBSCRIBER -2- <br />SERVICE MEMBERS <br />December 10, 1982 <br />The agreement also provides that the consultant (Labor Relations <br />Associates, Inc.) will advise subscribers in their individual <br />negotiations, mediation and/or arbitration efforts. If <br />these cities (non -subscribing) wish to use the special subscriber <br />services, please remit the appropriate fee for your population group <br />to the League of Minnesota Cities -Labor Relations Subscriber Service. <br />Your population category should be determined by using the most recent <br />Metropolitan Council population estimates. <br />Remittance of your special subscriber fee should be forwarded to the <br />League of Minnesota Cities no later than March 1, 1983. <br />The on -going administration of the agreement will be the primary <br />responsiility of the Executive Director of the League of Minnesota <br />Cities. The LMC Labor Relations Subscriber Service Contract Committee <br />exercises general jurisdiction over the agreement.
