C. The sum of all such compensation in A and B (above) shall not <br />exeed the total fees paid in support of this Agreement for <br />the 1983-1984 Agreement year. Exhibit A lists the current <br />contributors and shows anticipated fees, although this is <br />subject to change during the Agreement through the addition <br />or deletion of subscribers. <br />D. Services provided by the Consultant which are outside of the <br />scope of this Agreement and which are provided to those <br />agencies participating in special subscriber services shall <br />be billed at the rate of $46.00 dollars per hour. <br />E. Cancellation Clause <br />This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty <br />(30) days written notice. <br />F.
