N <br />TO: Fedor's Market, Tom Thumb #543, Tom Thumb #110, 7-11, <br />Country Club, Brooks, Bel -Rae <br />January 21, 1983 <br />Dear <br />This office has been advised by the City Attorney that the-1982 <br />Legislature adopted legislation requiring that every person <br />licensed to sell intoxicating liquor or 3.2 beer at on -sale or <br />off -sale demonstrate proof of financial responsibility as of <br />March 1, 1983, as outlined by Laws 1982, Chapter 528. In order <br />to comply with the requirements of this law it will be necessary <br />for you to provide the City of Mounds view with one of the <br />(� following proofs of financial responsibility: <br />A. A certificate that there is in effect an insurance <br />policy or pool providing coverage of at least: <br />1. $100,000 because of bodily injury to pay any <br />one person in any one occurrence and subject <br />to the limit of one person, in the amount of <br />$300,000 because of bodily injury to two or <br />more persons in any one occurrence, and in <br />the amount of $10,000 because of injury to <br />or destruction of property of others in any <br />one occurrence. <br />2. $100,000 for loss of means of support of any <br />one person in any one occurrence, and, subject <br />to the limit for one person, $300,000 for loss <br />of means of support of two or more persons in <br />any one occurrence. <br />B. A bond of a surety company with minimum coverages as <br />provided in Clause A. <br />
