ORDINANCE NO. 330 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />j COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS, 301 AND 305 <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />Section I. Ordinance No. 301 entitled, "An Ordinance <br />Prohibiting Development of Private Wetlands <br />on an Interim Basis", and Ordinance No. 305 <br />entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance <br />No. 301 Rclatina to Wetlands and Providing <br />for Permits for the Development of Lands <br />Affected by Wetlands" are hereby repealed. <br />Section II.
