There was discussion regarding the demand for two machines, and whether the City could justify it. Clerk/Administrator Pauley and Finance Director Brager explained the proposed use to the Council, and pointed out how the system will actually pay for itself, with savings to be recognized from not having to pay outside keypunchers and delivery services and so forth.
