RESOLUTION NO. 1365 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OP MTNNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT ENTITLED, <br />"MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE" WITH STIPULATIONS <br />WHEREAS, Lhe City Councilof the City of Mounds View held a <br />public hearing on the preliminary plat entitled, "Mounds View Square" <br />on September 14, 1981, at 7:50 p.m.; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Planning Commission <br />action and City Codes as they pertain to the Mounds View Square <br />Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council made the following findings regarding <br />the Mounds View Square Plat: <br />1) Zoning and subdivision requirements regarding lots and sizes <br />meet minimum standards. <br />2) The proposed preliminary plat does meet the requirements of <br />Ordinance 4305. <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council requires the following conditions <br />regarding the preliminary plat• entitled, "Mounds View Square": <br />1) Proposed Lot 10 shall have existing garage removed or have <br />the building incorporated with the new structure. <br />2) Proposed Lot 5 shall have the overhead electrical wire <br />relocated. <br />3) Lots 17, 18 and 19 be dedicated as drainage, utility and wetland <br />easements Lo the City. <br />4) The area below the 906 elevation on Lot 16 shown on the grading <br />and drainago plan also be Ondicated as a drainage, utility and <br />wetland easements to the City. <br />5) Minimum sanitary sewer main size shall be 8 inches for the <br />project. <br />6) Class 5 gravel base for Edgewood Drive and Pinewood Circle <br />be increased from 5 inches to 6 inches. <br />t and; <br />
