39.14 <br />(11) I-2 Heavy Industrial District. <br />(a) Signs as allowed in Subdivision 15(7). 1 <br />(12) B-3 Highway Business District, B-4 Regional Business <br />District, I-1 Light Industrial District, and I-2 Heavy Industrial <br />District may have besides the one hundred (100) square feet signage <br />per business occupant one general pedestal sign not exceeding three <br />hundred forty (340) square feet. Only one pedestal sign is allowed <br />per property. <br />Subdivision 16. Standard; Requirement. Where the conditions <br />imposed by any provisions of this Code are either more or less <br />restrictive than comparable conditions imposed by any other code, <br />rule or regulation of the City, the code, rule or regulation which <br />imposes the more restrictive condition, standard, or requirement shall <br />prevail. <br />39.15 Penalties. Any person, firm or corporation found violating <br />any of the provisions of the chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />.J <br />j <br />
