One hour is spent in the first aid room where <br />they answer the phone, handle first aid problems and eat a <br />lunch. This is their rest time although they are still on <br />duty, It• is a paid time to be in the rest room. <br />All employees have reinstatement• rights and receive an <br />automatic cost of living pay increase. Most guards return <br />from 4 - 5 years. <br />
