Call to Ord( <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:40 PM on March 14, 1983. <br />IJ <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Doty, 2. Roll Call <br />Linke, Hankner and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />stratorFaa ley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Johnson. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Linke to approve the February 3. Approval of <br />797 1183minutes as corrected. Minutes: <br />February 28 <br />5 ayes 0 nays 1983 <br />Motion Carri <br />Robert Eigenheer stated he would like to address the <br />4. Residents <br />Council on problems he is having with a stalemate <br />Requests ant <br />between the City and Eigenheer Enterprises, on <br />Comments fro <br />Edgewood Square. He explained he has been working <br />the Floor <br />with the City Engineer, but there are questions he <br />cannot answer and there are alterations he would like <br />to make to the development agreement. He added the <br />estimate he has from his low bidder is good through <br />April 20, so he must clear up the problems before <br />that. Mr. Eigenheer gave some examples of things <br />he would like to change from the development <br />agreement, such as putting up a model home before <br />putting the services in, to get a jump on the <br />season, and not putting the roads in until fall. <br />Mayor McCarty recommended Mr. Eigenheer submit in <br />writing the problems he is having with the develop- <br />ment agreement, and then come in at the next Council <br />agenda session, where the Council would be willing <br />to sit down with him and go over each problem in <br />detail. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the changes made 5.
