MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RES0111PI'IOil NO. 70-83 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 191E DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FOR AN <br />ADDITION TO THE MERMAID SUPPER CLUB, PLANNING CASE 122-82 <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 59.07, requires <br />review of the proposed addition to the Mermaid Supper Club; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />this proposed addition, including parking requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, sufficient parking spaces exist for both the existing <br />structure and the proposed addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission sees no negative <br />impact arising from the proposed addition or its intended use; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the proposed addition to the <br />Mermaid Supper Club based upon the site plan dated December 15, 1982. <br />The approval shall be contingent upon the applicant receiving approval <br />C from the nice Creek Watershed District in addition to Mounds View <br />Municipal Codes (i.e., Chapter 49A); <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a development agreement should be <br />executed which includes the following: <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />1) Site Plan <br />2) Floor Plan <br />3) Final Plans and Specifications <br />4) A Security in the Amount of $5,000 for the Addition <br />Adopted this 5th day of January, 1983. <br />Chairman <br />birecL•or o Pu lie flf rks Community <br />Development <br />
