After much discussion <br />it was noted that the watershed would <br />be reviewing the matter during the <br />month of March. There was no action <br />that the City Council felt they could <br />take at this time. Mayor moved to <br />delay action on Dynamic Developers <br />until April 14th at 7:40 P.M. ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />attention of the City Council that he <br />received a document requesting indus- <br />trial revenue bonding for Karley Foundry. <br />He noted that the Staff needed to review <br />this before presenting something to the <br />City Council. No action was taken. <br />The Attorney also brought up a <br />question regarding North Star Speedway <br />property and what the status was on <br />that matter. It was noted by Nelson <br />that the City was still waiting for <br />a report back from Short -Elliott - <br />Hendrickson on the property. No action <br />was taken by the City Council. <br />25.
