TO: THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />FROM: THE UNDERSIGNED PROPERTY OWNERS <br />In order to allow for orderly development of our properties at <br />this time or in the future, we agree to allow the City of Mounds <br />View to use all of our property lying below the 902.5 elevation <br />(as shown on the drainage plan prepared by Hedlund Engineering, <br />dated Revised August 10, 1980) for storm water pending purposes. <br />This also will allow for construction of a controlled outlet on <br />the existing 12 inch reinforced concrete storm sewer. <br />The City of Mounds View will be allowed to use this property for <br />storm water pending purposes until such time as our property develops <br />in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Rice Creek Water- <br />shed District. At that time, formal easements will be dedicated to <br />the City of Mounds View over that property required to remain as <br />storm water pending area by the Rice Creek Watershed District for the <br />City of Mounds View. <br />In exchange for these storm water pending rights, the City of Mounds <br />View agrees to allow development of this drainage area in accordance <br />with the rules and regulations of the Rice Creek Watershed District, <br />and further agrees to assure the installation of the controlled out- <br />let structure to the existing storm sewer. <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Parkview Terrace: <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Parkview Terrace: <br />Lot 3, Block 2, Parkview Terrace: <br />Lot 4, Block 2, Parkview Terrace: <br />Lot 5, Block 2, Parkview Terrace: <br />Mayor <br />0 <br />City Clerk <br />
