Public Works/Commun-ity Development <br />DATE: July 28, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: PERMITFOR IYMILPLAT <br />LERAND <br />INDUSTRIAL PA Rpl�l'ION <br />Attached are the following items: <br />1) Copy of letter from Mounds View to Mr. Miller dated 9/15/83. <br />2) Copy of alteration permit application report submitted by <br />Mr. Miller. <br />Per 4/15/83 letter and 4/11/83 action by City Council, Mr. Miller was <br />given 120 clays to complete final plat process. The 120 days expire <br />9, 1983 (if May and July which have 31 days are counted) or <br />August <br />August 1, 1983 if time is measured in months. <br />The attached material is the first submission received fromsucllicant <br />since 4/11/83.
