q MEMO TO: Mayor and Cit, <br />1 FROM: Clerk-Adminis <br />DATE: July 12, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: 1983 CLEAN UP DAY PROFIT/LOSS STATEMENT <br />Attached please find a copy of the 1983 Clean Up Day Profit/Loss <br />Statement showing that expenses exceeded revenues by $456.03 which <br />is a significant reduction compared to the 1982 Clean Up Day where <br />expenses exceeded revenues by over $900.00. <br />Staff will be reviewing this information in the preparation of the <br />second draft of the 1984 Budget to determine whether or not <br />additional monies should be allocated for Clean Up Day expenses. <br />DFP/pf <br />Attachment <br />
