Mounds View City Council June 27, 1983 Regular Meeting Page Four Director Johnson reviewed the request for a fill permit for 3048 County Road 11-2. Ile noted that Mr. Hato was present. Councilmember Blanchard noted that Mr.. Ilaro had just asked the Council for a special use permit for an oversized building, and asked where it would be placed on the lot. Mr. Haro stated the lots are 638' deep, with the fill to go in the rear 438'. Ile stated the proposed garage would go in the small, narrow section toward the front of the lot. Motion/Second: McCarty/Doty to approve Mr. Haro's request, contingent upon compliance with the Staff recommendations listed in the memo of June 23, 1983, Items 1-5. 5 ayes 0 nays Mayor McCarty explained the cash escrow requirement to Mr. Haro. Director Johnson updated the Council on the installa- tion of modifications in Treatment Plant #1. He also reported that two calls had been received from Rice Creek Watershed District regarding Mr. Poplaars development, and that he might be required to install a control outlet device, in addition to what the City might require. He advised that Mr. Poplaars might be back before the Council to discuss it. Director Johnson updated the Council on the Bob Waste fill permit, stating that he had complied with two of the three requirements, and is working on the third. He advised that Rice Creek Watershed District has also become involved. Director Johnson updated the Council regarding the final inspection on the Oak Park pond outlet structure, and the work on Wells 5 and 6. Attorney Meyers had no report.
