OF MINNENNESO'CA <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRLCIATION TO SIIIRLFY MUNHOLAND <br />WHEREAS, Shirley Munholand has resigned her position on <br />the Mounds View Festivities Commission after six years of <br />service; and <br />WHEREAS, Shirley Munholand has served the Festivities <br />Commission as Chairperson for the past two years; and <br />WHEREAS, Shirley Munholand has given the Festivities <br />Commission many hours of devoted work and service; and <br />WHEREAS, Shirley Munholand has shown a devoted service <br />demonstrated in the success of the "Festival in the Park" <br />celebration; and <br />WHEREAS, Shirley Munholand has won the respect and <br />gratitude of all those who have had the privilege of working with <br />her on the Festivities Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HL IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />1 the City of Mounds Vier, on behalf of the residents of the City <br />�-' of Mounds View expresses its heartfelt appreciation to Shirley <br />Munholand for her dedication and devoted work on the Mounds View <br />Festivities Commission. <br />Adopted this 2nd day of August, 1983. <br />ATTEST: Mayor McCarty <br />Counci�ber Blanchard <br />Councilmember Doty <br />Councilmember Ilankner <br />Councilmember Linke <br />(SEAL) Clerk -Administrator Pauley <br />
