Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley replied that it is in the general <br />fund budget, in the Park and Rec category. <br />Motion/Second: Hankuer/Linke to approve the request <br />of Park Director Anderson to attend the first year <br />of the two year program of the NRPA Park Planning <br />and Maintenance School, to be budgeted out of the 1983 <br />conference budget, Account No. 4362, in lieu of his <br />budgeted conference. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carrie <br />Mayor McCarty closed the regular meeting and opened <br />4B. He added <br />that his understanding is that they plan to come <br />before the City soon with plans for a building to <br />house educational facilities. He stated that <br />the home would be sold as a single family home. <br />
