RESOLUTION NO. 1642 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A FILL AND WETLANDS ALTERATION PERMIT <br />FOR PAUL JOHNSON AT 2411 LAPORT DRLVE <br />WHEREAS, application for a fill and wetland alteration permit was <br />received from Mr. Paul Johnson at 2411 Laport Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, these applications are required as a result of fill <br />previously deposited at the above address, part of which lies within a <br />designated wetland buffer area; and <br />WHEREAS, in the wetland buffer area, Mr. Paul Johnson intends <br />on using this fill material to fill depressions on his lot; and <br />WHEREAS, outside of the wetland buffer area, this fill is pro- <br />posed to be used to raise the ground elevation approximately one foot <br />for a future garage and driveway; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the applications and <br />finds that the fill placement as proposed by Mr. Paul Johnson will not <br />affect the wetland located across Edgewood Drive from his residential <br />site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />hereby approves both a fill and wetland alteration permit for <br />Mr. Paul Johnson at 2411 Laport Drive for fill previously deposited at <br />this address. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this fill material shall be used to <br />fill depressions on this residential lot west of the existing house and <br />that no change in existing grade or contours shall occur in this area, <br />per the sketch received by the City on August 3, 1983. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fill material previously deposited <br />east of the existing house shall be used to raise the ground contour <br />approximately one foot- for the placement of a future garage and driveway, <br />per the sketch received by the City on August 3, 1983. <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
