MEMO TO: Clerk —Administrator and City Council <br />FROM: Building Inspector <br />i� DATE: August 4, 1983 <br />SUBEJCT: CONDEMNATION OF 7900 EDCEWOOD DRIVE <br />To date, the owners/contract purchasers of 7900 Edgewood Drive have <br />not complied with the work order issued on June 22, 1983. The work <br />order required that repair be made within 30 days. A subsequent fire <br />occured after the work order was issued which also added additional <br />work necessary. <br />To proceed with condemnation procedures, specific Council direction <br />should be given to the City Attorney authorizing him to expend his <br />time and resources in order for him to file the necessary doucments <br />with the Clerk of Court. <br />Should you have any questions regarding the building or the <br />condemnation procedures, please feel free to contact me. <br />Attached with this memo 1s a copy of correspondence staff received <br />regarding 7900 Edgewood Drive.
