ORDINANCE NO. 334 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 43 ENTITLED, "MOBILE HOMES" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 43.01, Definitions, is hereby amended by <br />adding the following new paragraph and renumbering all paragraphs <br />of Chapter 43.01: <br />Y) <br />manu <br />one that. is <br />SECTION II. Chapter 43.02, Locations, (1), is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />(1) It shall be unlawful within the limits of Mounds View for <br />any person to park any mobile home or manufactured home on any <br />street, alley, highway, or other public place or or. any tract of <br />land owned by any person, occupied or unoccupied within Mounds View, <br />except as provided for in this Chapter or Chapter 40 of the Municipal <br />Code. <br />SECTION III. Chapter 43.02, Locations, (3), is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />(3) No person shall park or occupy any mobile home or manufac- <br />tured home which is situated outside of an approved mobile home park <br />except that as allowed in Chapter 90 of the Municipal Code. The <br />parking and storage of no more than one (1) mobile home in an accessory <br />private garage building or in a rear yard in any district is permitted <br />providing that no living quarters shall be maintained, nor any business <br />practiced in said mobile home. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date <br />of its publication. <br />Read by the Council of the City of Mounds View on the _ day <br />of 1983. <br />, <br />Read and passed by theCouncilof the City of Mounds View this <br />day of <br />983 <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: Clerk -Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />
