Call to Order <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:31 PM on July 25, 1983. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT; Councilmembers Blanchard, Ilankner, 2. Roll Call <br />Linke and Mayor McCarty. <br />It was noted that Councilmember Doty was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Administra- <br />tor Pauley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Johnson. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Hankner to approve the July 11, 3. Requests and <br />Comments from <br />the Floor <br />Director Johnson presented the Council with a list of 5. Approval of <br />four contractors to be added to Item D. Consent Agenda <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that Item C be removed. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Hankner to approve the consent <br />agen a--d m 'minus Item C, and with the addition of the <br />four names under Item D, and waive the reading of <br />the resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley read Resolution No. 1636. <br />
