It was <br />determined that a sufficient number of parking spaces would not <br />be possible even when using the new language. Therefore, the <br />Planning Commission would need to grant: a variance, of two parkng <br />spaces to allow the conversion of the fourpLex to an office <br />building as pre"ontud. Secondly, staff discussed the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation to rezone this property to B-2 with <br />Attorney Meyers Ind he had no problem with the Commission's <br />recommendation. In fact, Attorney Meyers stated that a B-2 use <br />on the property may have less of an impact on surrounding uses <br />than an R-1 use would, He also stated that this rezoning would <br />have; little impact on the lawsuit as discussed above. <br />Should you have any questions on the above two items, please <br />contact me. <br />
