FA <br />Mounds Vied planning Commission <br />Iie Solu Lion No. 91-03 <br />payr. Two <br />WHEI'AS, the City Engineer has reviewed this proposal for <br />conformity with chapter 49A and finds the drainage plan to be in <br />conformance with Chapter 49A of the Municipal Code; <br />NOW, I'llEREFORE ISE I'I' lll•::iOLVED that the Mounds view Plan- <br />ning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council approval of <br />a rezoning of properly locatud at 7801 Sunnyside Road, legal <br />description of which is Spring Lake Park Hillview, subject to <br />Ilighway and except the northeasterly 150 feet, Lot 84, from R-3, <br />Medium Density Residential to B-•l, Limited Business, and also <br />recommmends that the Comprehensive Plan he amended to reflect this <br />proposed change in use; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, contingent upon the City <br />Council rezoning the above property, the Planning Commission <br />approves o side yard setback variance of to feet from the south- <br />east side of the building to the southeast property line and also <br />approves a variance of two parking spaces to allow the construc- <br />tion of 18 spaces; <br />ISi: IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon <br />Rice Creek Watershed District and Minnesota Department of Trans- <br />portation approval, if required; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the drainage, site and land- <br />scape plan all become part of the development agreement. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 3rd day of August, 1983. <br />Chairperson <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />0 <br />
