n RESOLUTION NU. 1643 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNES(1TA <br />RES(II.IPPION APPROVING PLANNING CASE 131-83 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Gordon Bayerkohler has signed an agreement to <br />purchase property owned by Mr. Allen Heckman and Mr. Marlin <br />Melgo1st for property owned at 7801 Sunnysidc Road; and <br />WIIEREAS, Mr.Bayerkohler has submitted an application to <br />convert the existing 4-unit residential building to an office <br />building; and <br />WHEREAS, this conversion requires a rezoning from the <br />existing R-3 use to B-2; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commisison has reviewed this request <br />and recommended approval by adopting Resolution No. 91-83; and <br />WHEREAS, the site plan conforms to requirements as <br />established by Chapters 40 and 49A; and <br />WHEREAS, THE Rice Creek Watershed District is in the <br />process of reviewing this proposal but to date has not approved a <br />permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this proposed <br />rezoning and development request and agree with the <br />recommendations of the City Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council hereby approves the conversion of the existing 4-unit <br />residential building at 7801 Sunnyside Road to an office building <br />and a rezoning of the proeprty from R-3 to B-2, based upon the <br />site and drainage plan dated July 8, 1983; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval shall be <br />contingent upon receiving approval from the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District. <br />ATTEST: <br />'11".e (SEAL) <br />Adopted this day of , 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
