RESOLUTION NO. 1645 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION <br />FOR CROSS OF GLORY LUTHERAN CHURCH <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed the <br />preliminary plat for a proposed major subdivision for Cross of <br />Glory Lutheran Church at their July 6, 1983 meeting and adopted <br />Resolution No. 88-83 recommending approval to the City Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />preliminary plat and approved the plat on July 25, 1983 <br />by adopting Resolutin No. 1635; and <br />WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the final plat/ <br />registered land survey and finds it to be in conformance with the <br />preliminary plat; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council hereby approves the final plat/registered land survey <br />for Cross of Glory Lutheran Church dated May, 1983 and received <br />August 17, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />11 <br />Adopted this 22nd day of August, 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk —Administrator <br />
