Call to Order <br />Acting Mayor Blanchard at 7:30 PM on August 22, 1983. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty, Linke and <br />an ner and AcEing Mayor Blanchard, <br />It was noted that Mayor McCarty was absent on <br />vacation. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Johnson. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Linke to approve the August <br />�T98Tminutes as corrected. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Hankner to approve the <br />consent genda, as presented, and waive the <br />reading of the resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />2.
