uwj <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1656 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSR'i <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVAL OF THE. COMPLE•I'ION OF DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT NO. 77-10 WITH KEITH T. HARSTAD <br />WHEREAS, Keith T. Harstad was required by Development <br />Agreement No. 77-10 to provide a security in the amount of <br />$34,800.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the security is required to insure that the <br />Development Agreement is in accordance with the requirements as <br />outlined in Development Agreement No. 77-10; and <br />WHEREAS, all conditions and requirements pursuant to <br />Development Agreement No. 77-10 have been completed and <br />fulfilled; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the completion of the conditions and <br />requirements in Development Agreement No. 77-10 and authorizes <br />the release of the remaining security to Keith T.
