The consultant, TKDA, and staff <br />have reviewed this pay request and have recommended only partial <br />payment on certain items noted. This partial retainage is to insure <br />that certain minor system tune-ups, training and documentation be <br />furnished prior to release of final monies. <br />RECOMMENDATION.
