RESOLUTION No. 1651 <br />CIrY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE SUBDIVISION FILING <br />RrQUEST EXTENSION OF LORRAINE BONIN <br />WHEREAS, on March 23, 1981, the Mounds View City Council <br />approved the minor subdivision of the property at 8282 Pleasant <br />View Drive, owned by Lorraine Bonin; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 42 (Subdivision Regulations) of the <br />Mounds View Municipal Code requires the subdivider to record a <br />deed with the County within sixty (60) days of Council approval <br />of the subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has not submitted a deed nor <br />requested an extension during this sixty (60) day period; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider is now requesting a six month <br />extension from the present time in which to record the deed; and <br />WHEREAS, over a year has passed since the City Council <br />originally approved this subdivision; and <br />WHRF.AS, the City Council has determined that since a <br />formal request for an extension was not received within this <br />sixty (60) day period and sufficient time has elapsed between <br />this sixty (60) day period and the present, also without a formal <br />request, a re-examination of the subdivision is warranted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council denies the request by Lorraine Bonin of 8282 Pleasant <br />View Drive for a six (6) month extension to record the subdivi- <br />sion deed with the County for the above mentioned property; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED should Ms. Bonin once again desire <br />to subdivide her property, she will be required to submit the <br />request to the Mounds View Planning Commission for reviewal and <br />Pay the necessary application fee. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 12th day of September, 1983. <br />ayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
