I480 <br />CITY or, MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF IZA;•1GIiY <br />STATE OF M1NNI-%:0PA <br />RE:iO UTIUN DIiN'11N0 TIII: SUIIDIV1.SION t'1LINC <br />REQUIiST EXTENSION OF KENNETH BOURKE <br />WIIEREAS, on July 27, 1981., the 1•1ounds View City Council <br />passed Resolution No. 1333 approving I:he minor nubdi.visi.on of the <br />property at 11249 5p(.ing Lake (toad, owned by Kenncth Bourke; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 42 (Subdivision Regulations) of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code rcqui.re:; the (;nbdividcr to record a deed with <br />the County within 60 days of Council approval of the subdivision; <br />and ; <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has not submitted a deed nor <br />requested an extension during this 60 day period; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider is now requesting a six month er.ten- <br />sion from the present time in which to record the deed; and <br />WIIEREAS, over. a year. has passed :since the City Council <br />1 r <br />originally approved this subdivision; and <br />t•ItIGRP:AS, the City Council has determined that since a formal <br />request for an extension was not received within this 60 clay period <br />and sufficient time has elapsed between this 60 (lay period and the <br />present, also without a formal request, a rc-examination of the <br />subdivision is warranted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council denies the request by Mr. Kenneth Bourke of 8249 spring Lake <br />Road for a six month extension to record the subdivision deed with <br />the County for the above mentioned property; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED should Mr. Bourke once again desire to <br />subdivide his property, he will be required to submit the request to <br />the Mounds Vic:: Planning Co mni.ssion for reviewal and pay the necessary <br />application fee. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of August, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />
