Area C000202 626 4600 May 10, 1983 concerning the ICMA/Wyatt Consulting Services for Public Through ICMA sponsorship, the Wyatt Company is able to provide these services at significantly reduced costs because the program does not entail writing detailed proposals nor does it require costly business development time. A further cost reduction results from the absence of any on -site data gathering expenses for municipalities with populations of 50,000 and under. The Wyatt Company, which is a nationally based firm, operates independently of insurance companies, banks or trust companies, legal or accounting firms, but in cooperation with such organizations as directed by its clients. The firm acts solely in the interest of its clients and on a whoily professional basis. Should you choose to pursue the audit service, you will be asked to complete a questionaire identifying the special operations and risks of Mounds View, MN. You will also be asked to send copies of such items as insurance policies, by-laws, annual budget, sovereign immunity statutes, etc. The Wyatt Company will be available to present their final written report in person. Thq audit service does not contemplate any work in the areas of employee benefits, group insurance, or retirement programs.
