City of Hounds View <br />July, 1983 <br />Page 2 <br />In summary, our activities are performed to assure that the City assets are <br />properly protected at the minimum possible cost. <br />In addition, we would advise the Council of important legislative activities <br />and insurance marketing conditions. Public Officials' Liability is one example. <br />Why 'Corporate'Risk'Mana2ers? <br />We are the original and most experienced in the field. Backgrounds that involve <br />years of experience in'all aspects --property/casualty - emplcyee benefits - safety. <br />The most professional staff available providing continuity of services and <br />I <br />ackup for our clients. <br />'Annual'Cost <br />Corporate disk Managers, Inc. would manage the insurance functions for the City of <br />Mounds View for one (1) year at a cost of $3,325. This would be payable at a rate <br />of $685 the first month and the balance in eleven (11) monthly payments of $240 <br />over the remaining months of the contract period. While not anticipated, any <br />travel and board expenses outside of Minnesota would be additional. <br />This contract would be based on an estimated seven (7) days at our daily rate of <br />$475. Any days over the estimated seven (7) days would be additional at the <br />daily rate of $475.
