The developer will submit all docu- ' <br />h r ments necessary for final plat and development <br />agreement approvals within 45 days of conceptual <br />approval of the wetlands alteration permit. The <br />Council authorizes Staff to submit proposals for an <br />expert in the field to determine the validity of <br />the developers proposal in reference to the wetlands <br />boundry lines. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carries <br />Mayor McCarty clarified that they can only enforce <br />the ordinances that are in effect, and they need tc <br />take the proposal against existing ordinances only. <br />Mr. Miller replied that it is important to get <br />conceptual approval of the wetlands alteration <br />before they spend a considerable amount on <br />engineering. <br />Councilmember Linke stated he thought the Council <br />would be able to give a definite opinion at the end <br />of the 60 day period. It• was also clarified that Phase <br />2 was not involved at this time. <br />Mr. Miller stated thatthe Ramsey soils and slater Conserva- <br />tion District has indicated there are errors in the <br />map used for the wetland map, and that they will be <br />happy to resolve those issues. It was pointed out <br />in an August 5 letter from Mr. Malkerson that the <br />site might be reclassified. <br />Mr. Miller stated he was comfortable with the dates <br />which had been established. <br />It was noted that the Council granted the extension <br />on the basis of the applicant's attorney's recommen- <br />dation and the request of the applicant, per their <br />letter of August 5, 1983. <br />Clerk/Administrator.
