n i3 <br />MEMO TO: City Council and City Administrator <br />FROM: Engineering/Planning Technician <br />DATE: October .1.2, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: Arthur 'Zielinski Minor Subdivision <br />At their October 5, 1983 regular meeting, the Planning <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 95-83 recommending <br />approval of a minor subdivision (lot line relocation) as <br />requested by Mr. Zielinski at 8344 Groveland Road. Attached <br />are the following items which pertain to this request: <br />1. Staff Report <br />2. Certificate of Survey <br />3. Guardianship papers <br />4. Resolution No. 95-83 <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: For the October 17, Council Agenda <br />meeting, staff recommends the Council to direct staff to <br />draft a resolution approving the minor subdivision. <br />FJK/mb <br />C <br />
