RESOLUTION NO. 1664 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR. AND <br />MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT 83-62 WITH <br />SABASKONG BAY ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Code, Section 59.07, requires <br />development review of the proposed conversion of a ;-unit <br />apartment building to an office building with accompanying <br />parking lot and ponding area; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />proposed conversion and development request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has stipulated <br />requirements to be included in Development Agreement No. 83-62 <br />hereto attached; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the proposed conversion and development request. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes its Clerk -Administrator and Mayor to execute <br />Development Agreement No. 83-62. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this loth day of October, 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
