Page 6 <br />Subcommittee Meeting <br />AMOUNT AVAILABLE 1983 CONSTRUCTION <br />AS OF 6/30/83 ALLOTMENT RATIO <br />7 WORTHINGTON $316,450 $142,637 2.22 <br />Duane Haffield, the engineer, represented the community at the meeting. He <br />indicated that the city had awarded a project which is drawing the unencumbered <br />fund balance down by approximately $80,000. The city would, therefore, be <br />within the guidelines. of the screening committee. <br />Mr. Haffield also indicated that a $270,000 reconstruction project is antici- <br />pated for 1984 which would avoid the community's problems with the fund re- <br />quirements. <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: None. The community is now meeting the regulations of the <br />unencumbered fund rules. <br />The committee then discussed the advisability of increasing the $300,000 limit <br />and the 2.0 factor.
