Irving, President <br />Association of Metropolitan Municipalities <br />The enclosed statement of comments and recommendations concerning <br />the Metropolitan Council's proposed Interim Economic Policies was <br />developed by the AF;;4 Revenue Committee and will be considereq by <br />the Board of Directors at their November 3, 1983 meeting. The <br />public ho.uiny on these lemlic•ics will be held at the Metropolitan <br />Council Chambers at 7:00 P.M., November 16, 1983. Your city has <br />already received the proposed policies from the Metropolitan Council. <br />We would urge individual cities to either appear at the public hearing <br />or submit written comments by December 1, 1983 concerning these policies. <br />A copy of your comments to the AMPI Office would be appreciated. <br />Although the AMs•1 Board has not officially acted upon this position, we <br />did feel it important to provide your city a copy of the committee <br />report in time for your first November council meeting. <br />. , .L pdn!, minntyuLI ;:.
