ORDINANCE NO. 351 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNIiSOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 48 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />MUNICIPAL. CODE ENTITLED, "WETLAND ZONING ORDINANCE" <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br />SECTION I. The wetland zoning district map as established <br />in 48.15, Subdivision I of the Municipal Code, is hereby amended <br />by redelineating the wetland boundary for Wetland I.D. No. 1-23 <br />as per the attached exhibit. <br />SECTION II.
