Caul <br />RESOLUTION 00. 1673 <br />I <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAI4SEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1663 LEVYING A TAX <br />FOR DELINQUENT UTILITY CHARGES OVER A ONE YEAR PERIOD <br />WHEREAS, on September 26, 1983, the Mounds View City <br />Council adopted Resolution No. 1663 levying a tax for delinquent <br />utility charges over a one year period to 12 different utility <br />accounts in arrears on payments over a one year period for <br />certification on the benefiting property's 1984 property tax <br />bills; and <br />WHEREAS, two of these accounts have since paid their <br />bills in full; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Mounds View not <br />to certify these accounts to Ramsey County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View hereby authorizes and directs the Clerk <br />Administrator to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County the <br />attached amended list of delinquent utility charges, said list <br />made a part herein, for certification against a tax levy of said <br />property owners for the year 1983, collectible in 1984, and which <br />listing includes an administrative fee of five percent (58). <br />Interest shall be figured at the rate of eight percent (8%) on <br />the total amount for one year.
