These activities <br />may require my time during normal working hours but would <br />not be on "City Time". <br />8. The contract could be terminated for just cause by either <br />party with thirty (30) days prior notice. <br />I think the above outlined proposal will meet the previously stated <br />objectives of the City Council, If I have misinterpreted the Council's <br />desires and objectives or additional information is needed, please <br />contact me. <br />I am sincerely interested in continuing as Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development for the City of Mounds View in 1984 to try to <br />provide continuity for the many programs just getting started. It is <br />equally important to me to keep the relationship on a contract basis <br />rather than a standard salary basis for tax purposes. <br />Very truly yours, <br />hn C.
