35.03 <br />5. An agenda will be prepared and be distributed to members <br />prior to meeting. Meeting dates must be posted 24 hours <br />before the meeting. . <br />35.04 Terms and Vacancies. <br />1. Members of the Commission shall serve three-year staggered <br />terms, with terms expiring September 30 of each year. All <br />appointments are to be made each year at the first regular <br />meeting of the Council in October. Both original and suc- <br />cessive appointees shall hold their offices until their <br />successors are appointed and qualified. <br />2. Vacancies during the term shall be filled by the Mayor with <br />the approval of the majority of the Council for the unexpired <br />portion of the term. Every appointed member shall, before <br />entering upon the discharge of his duties, take an oath that <br />he will faithfully discharge the duties of his office. No <br />member shall be personally interested in any contracts in <br />which the Commission may enter. <br />35.05 Compensation. <br />1. Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation. <br />35.06 Removal from Office. <br />1. Any member of the Commission may be removed if said member i <br />misses two consecutive meetings without d valid reason, and <br />for cause duly found, by a two-thirds vote of the Commission <br />members and consent of the Council. <br />SECTION III.
