ADVI:It'1,1SNMENT FOR li[OS <br />FOR <br />PU13LISIlING SIX CITY Nh:WSLB'I"ERRS <br />FOR THE <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />The City Council of Mounds Vie <br />publishing of six (fi) w will receive sealer! bids for the <br />City Newsletters, Bids will be received <br />until 10:30 a.m. C.S.T., on Wednesday, November 10, 1983 at the <br />City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota at which <br />time and place the bids shall be opened, read aloud, and <br />considered. <br />Proposal forms, including specifications, are on file and may be <br />obtained at the office of the Mounds View Parks, Recreation and <br />Forestry Department, Proposals must be made on the forms as <br />furnished, and shall be submitted to the Parks, Recreation and <br />Forestry Department on or before the time stated above. <br />Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope with an indication <br />thereon stating "proposal for publishing of six City Newsletters <br />contained herein", and addressed to the City of Mounds View, 2401 <br />Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. <br />All bids must_ be accompanied by a cash deposit, and/or certified <br />check payable to the City of Mounds View in the amount equal to <br />five percent (58) of the total bid, <br />The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or <br />Ill bids, to waive any informalities in the bid, and to make such <br />award as it may deem to be in the best interest of the City, <br />Donald F.
