The mixing and heating unit has <br />four 500,000 BTU burners. The mixing outlet gate open= to alloy partial or <br />complete discharge of the mixture onto the shoveling apron. <br />The top-nounted ire -heat aggregate bin is designed so that it can Fe loaded trcm <br />the ground with a loader or shoveled manually from a trucl: into hopper. The <br />aggregate is heated, then dumped into the mixinn chanter where it is combined <br />with hot asphalt oil which is metered from a 120 gallon asphalt tank.
